Mindfulness

It has been proven that regularly practicing mindfulness can reduce stress and symptoms of anxiety. In fact, studies show that mindfulness can not only affect the production of the hormones that change our mood but also increase the thickness of grey matter in the pre-frontal cortex. That means increased activity in the part of our brains responsible for things like planning, problem solving, and controlling your emotions. We've provided some mindfulness based activities here!
