THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THE CENTER FOR NEUROSCIENCES FOUNDATION.

The Brain Bus program is happy to visit schools in Southern Arizona free of charge to spread neuroscience education! Please explore our available lessons to the right by hovering over the topics to learn more, and fill out the request form. Currently, we are available Friday mornings for live virtual classes and events.

*Please note that the bus is not able to travel to schools

This lesson explores how our senses are processed by our brains and allow us to understand the world around us. Students rotate through experiments for each sense. Best suited for grades 1-6.

Senses

In this lesson students will build their own neurons in order to learn about the basic parts and their functions. Additional activities help them understand how they communicate with each other and form pathways. Can be suited for grades 1-8.
